about
Heidi Brooks’ synthesis of styles has evolved over the years. Her passion for interior design and antiques was conceived at an early age. The daughter of a published interior designer, she remembers watching her mother reveal the method to her inimitable style that was simply rooms of elegance and distinction. Her mother’s enduring influence instilled the quintessential building blocks of good interior design. Heidi’s grandmother, Calista Sterling inspired her as well and gave her an unquenchable thirst for antiques. Her grandmother was a well known and respected antiquarian in Maine with a client list that included the Rockefeller’s and Roosevelt’s among others. Furthermore, Heidi’s great grandfather was an interior designer. It is from this legacy, informed study and observation that she acquired her artistic ability.
